1. Cancellations by Customer
- Standard Bookings: Customers may cancel a confirmed booking up to 7 Days before the scheduled service time for a full refund of any prepaid amount, minus any transaction fees charged by the payment gateway.
- Short-Notice Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee up to 50% of the service amount, depending on operational costs and resource allocation.
- On-the-Spot Cancellations / No-Show: If a customer is not available at the scheduled time (no-show) or cancels when our team has already arrived, no refund will be issued for that booking.
2. Cancellations by Buddy Kleen
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, staff shortage, technical issues). If we cancel a booking, you will be offered either:
- A full refund of the prepaid amount (if any); or
- An option to reschedule at no additional charge.
3. Refund Process & Timeframes
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.
- Once approved, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on the payment provider and banking processes.
- Transaction fees charged by banks or payment gateways may not be refundable. Any refundable amount will be stated at the time of refund approval.
4. Partial Refunds & Service Adjustments
In cases where a service was partially completed or if there is a quality issue, we may offer a partial refund, credit, or a complimentary re-service at our discretion after investigation.
5. Refund Eligibility
- To be eligible for a refund, you must provide your booking reference, registered email/phone, and a brief reason for the cancellation or refund request.
- Refunds will not be issued for charges that are outside the scope of our control (for example, additional third-party fees or fines).
